Under the Directive 2 Amendment, non-essential health services in Ontario may now restart. But, regulated health care providers and clinics must take specific steps before opening their doors to the public. They must have a written plan in place, train staff, and ensure an adequate supply of personal protective equipment (PPE) before opening and while open.

Total Wellness is actively working on its plan to re-open the clinic. Rest assured, we will not open our clinic for in-person appointments until we are absolutely positive our patients, staff and practitioners are properly prepared and able to stay safe and healthy.

In the meantime, we continue to offer our existing patients, and new patients, virtual consultations and Chinese herbs from the comfort of their homes.
